5 Natural Holistic tips to PUMP UP YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM & put a 100ft social distance between YOU & COVID!

Fighting on Instagram and Facebook about whether Covid-19 is a “PLANDEMIC” or an actual threat to our lives will not help you combat the virus or protect you from it, it will only make you more stressed out!

This is what SimplyPsychology.org says about stress & your immune system:

“When we’re stressed, the immune system’s ability to fight off antigens is reduced. That is why we are more susceptible to infections. The stress hormone corticosteroid can suppress theeffectiveness of the immune system (e.g. lowers the number of lymphocytes).”

Basically, Stress makes your Immune System into a WIMP.

So no more fighting..lets focus on what’s important…YOU!

Covid is a VIRAL infection, which means antibiotics don’t work and the virus has to take its course, like all viruses. BUT that doesn't mean you can’t prepare yourself with a loaded gun…or loaded immune system when it comes knocking on your door!

Side note: I never really get sick and I never had the flu until 2019. Somehow It made its way in and man did it kick my butt! I went to the doctor and all she could do was send me home to rest. When I got home, I put on my holistic hat and wrote down all the remedies I had learned over the years. I decided to combine these 5 remedies and the outcome was phenominal! so I thought I would share my list with you. But try them out and see for yourself!

Tip #1: On-Guard DoTerra essential oil

I am not trying to sell DoTerra. They are not paying me and I am not getting anything from this. It's honestly just what I have been using for years. On-Guard was created from the age old theives oil recipe and has been my personal favorite. On-Guard is a mixture of Eucalyptus, Wild Orange, Clove, Cinnamon and Rosemary. The moment I feel a sore throat or anything coming on at all, I rub WAY TOO MUCH On-Guard (mixed with coconut oil if you are sensitive) all over my neck - especially where my lymph nodes are.

The lymphatic system helps defend the body against illness-causing germs, bacteria, viruses and fungi. It just makes sense then to rub it all over those little noded areas, right? focusing on tonsilar, submandibular & anterior cervical.

Tip #2: Drink Throat Coat Tea when you’re not sick

I am wierd and I drink Traditional Medicinals Throat Coat Tea even when I am not sick or have a sore throat. I have this constant voice in my head telling me to “prevent prevent prevent!” so this is one of the ways I do that. Basically all those teas are incredible for that and there is one with all of them in one handy dandy box called SEASONAL SAMPLER. You can order it on amazon, don’t even get up off your couch!

Tip #3: Elderberry Medicinal Mocktail

I make my own Elderberry Syrup, it so worth it and it feels really good to make your own Medicinal Medicine! This is the recipe I used: https://happyhealthymama.com/homemade-elderberry-syrup-recipe.html .

Elderberry Medicinal Mocktail: 3 tablespoons of my special syrup, sparkling water (usually some kind of flavor) fill cup with ice and wa-la! Drink as often as you want, try new mixes of your own and never worry about a hangover!

Tip #4: SUNSHINE

Go outside everyday for 15 minutes when the sun is out!

My mother has told me over and over again “make sure to get your 15 minutes of sunshine!”

The sun helps your body produce vitamin D, this nutrient is important for bone, brain, and heart health. Enough said? Get your sun goddess on!

Tip #5: Proclaim yourself HEALTHY

The words you speak have LIFE and DEATH according to the most popular book on the planet: The Bible. Whether you believe what it says or not we can all attest that if I tell myself I suck, I usually don’t feel so great; but if I tell myself I can do it, all of a sudden there is a flicker of hope!

The Washington Post did an article on this called “Obsessively thinking that you’re sick might actually make you ill”:

“people with health anxiety were 71 percent more likely to have developed heart disease than were those who were not overly anxious about their health.”

The mind is a POWERFUL thing and the words we tell ourselves affect not only on our brain but our emotions, and our emotions affect our body which has effect on our HEALTH.

I am a messianic jew and this is a prayer you can say every morning or night :

“I do not fear, for you are with me; I will not be dismayed, for you are my God. You will strengthen me and help me; you will uphold me with your righteous right hand. You will restore me to health and heal all my wounds. Thank you God that you are with me and will never leave me. Thank you for keeping me safe, healthy and whole.”

That is derived from Isaiah 53:10 and Jeremiah 30:17.

SO, whether you pick two or all five of these tips to implement into your life there is only one outcome:

Any nasty virus trying to make its way in to your system will have to fight much harder to get in!
